However, we are flexible and responsive to the needs of any adults requiring support within the local areas where we operate. Currently, we serve communities in Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Powys, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, RCT, Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, and Newport.
While most of the individuals we support have a learning disability, we have developed specialised skills in supporting those on the autism spectrum and providing Positive Behaviour Support for individuals with behaviours that may challenge. We are also innovating new approaches to support older people in Gwynedd.
Our practice is grounded in a commitment to respect, safeguard, and empower adults to live fulfilling lives, regardless of any labels they may carry.
