We ensure that the number of individuals supported in each location remains small, safeguarding their rights and freedoms as unique individuals. Our colleagues receive comprehensive training to recognise that they are working in someone’s home, and they are committed to respecting each person’s dignity and choices.

We employ Active Support and other person-centred approaches to empower individuals to achieve greater independence, enabling them to lead active and meaningful lives both at home and in their communities
