We provide skilled and respectful staff to work in people’s homes and local areas, promoting independence, social inclusion, and safety. While we are not a landlord, we collaborate closely with Registered Social Landlords and other partners. As a multi-stakeholder co-operative, we harness the talents and ideas of all our members to enhance our communities for everyone.
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism to live independently as tenants in their own homes is our largest area of work.
Our sessional support services cater to individuals with care or support needs who do not require staff on a 24/7 basis.
We offer a variety of options for enabling individuals to enjoy a holiday with staff support.
Cartrefi is proud to collaborate with Gwynedd Council to transform the experience of home care for those receiving support.
Cartrefi primarily supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, older people, and carers.
